How can you avoid costly surprises during excavation work?
By choosing the right team.

An Excavation Fleet Tailored to Every Job Site
PLL operates several excavators ranging from
1.7

14.5 tons, all managed in-house. This diversity allows us to work in a narrow residential yard as well as on a large-scale industrial site, without ever having to call on a subcontractor to fill a gap in equipment.
Our excavation equipment
- 1.7-ton mini-excavator: restricted access, urban areas, and residential yards
- 3.5-ton excavator: medium-sized projects, trenches, and utility work
- 8-ton excavator: commercial sites and foundation work
- 14.5-ton excavators: municipal and industrial projects, and large-scale earthmoving

How Does an Excavation Project with PLL Work?
Site analysis
Step
1
Before any work begins, PLL assesses soil characteristics, access constraints, and potential risks: presence of buried utilities, soil type, and water management. This initial assessment determines the required equipment and prevents costly unforeseen issues.
Step
2
Quote and planning
You will receive a detailed quote with no hidden fees. Our planning takes into account your schedule constraints, site access, and coordination with other contractors on the job site.
Step
3
Equipment mobilization
PLL selects the appropriate excavators based on the nature and scope of the work. All our equipment comes from our in-house fleet, so there’s no delay related to subcontractor availability.
Step
4
Execution of work
Excavation work is carried out according to the agreed specifications, under the supervision of the technical manager. Excavated materials are managed on-site or transported as required by the project.
Step
5
Backfilling and Site restoration
Once excavation is complete, PLL performs backfilling in accordance with applicable standards, compacts the soil, and restores the site. The job site is handed over to you clean and ready for the next phase of work.
Dig right, dig fast, dig with PLL.
